Terms of use

The service
Puncho lets participating shops give you stamps on a keychain or in the app. Each shop has its own card, its own reward and its own rules. Using a keychain or the app means you accept these terms.
Rewards are set by each shop
The shop decides how many stamps a reward needs, what the reward is, and any bonus (birthday, referral, network perk). The shop is responsible for honouring rewards shown on your card. If a shop leaves the network or closes, its card may stop working.
Stamps have no cash value
Stamps and rewards can't be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another person or another shop. Bonus stamps can be removed if they were given by mistake.
Expiry
A shop can choose to expire unfinished stamps after a period without a visit. If it does, the card shows the date, and we remind you before it happens. Rewards you already earned are kept.
Lost keychains
Tell any shop on the network, or mark the keychain as lost in the app. We switch it off and move your stamps to a new keychain or the app. Stamps used before you reported it can't be restored.
Fair use
Don't copy keychains, share them to collect for others, or try to get stamps you didn't earn. We and the shops can cancel stamps or close accounts that break these rules.
Prize draws
Monthly prize draws run only where they have the required legal approval in Lebanon. When a draw is open, its rules are shown in the app.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service running and your stamps safe, but it is provided as is. We aren't responsible for a shop's products or services, or for a reward a shop doesn't honour, though we will help you raise it with the shop. Nothing here limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you in the app about important changes. Questions:
